Case history AGRI ROK used for heavy duty concrete overlay industrial floor
A major paint reclaim facility had problems with their existing bare concrete floor that was covered with a thick paint residue in some areas over ¼” thick. The room where the floor is was called the pump house. This area takes waste solvent based paint by drums or tanker wagons. The paint waste is mixed together to a uniform consistency and then pumped away for processing. Drums are inverted and spills are common. The cleaning of the floor was done by solvent mopping of the floor to remove paint residues on the floor. The floor is exposed to heavy duty fork lift traffic.

The surface preparation was a real challenge. UCC and their professional crew
used a combination of safe surface prep techniques.
First Step was to power wash the floor after a soak in a heavy duty NSF
approved “Green" alkaline cleaner called Chrisal CMF 240.
The CMF 240 was sprayed on at full strength and left to soak into the paint
residue using a pump up sprayer. The use of a floor scrubber with stiff bristles
